Why buyer-side matters
Most agencies work for the artist. We work for the person writing the check.
We work for you
Most entertainment agencies represent artists and are paid to get them the highest fee. We sit on your side of the table.
Rates you would not get alone
We know what acts typically accept, when to push and when a fair offer will land. Flexible dates and routing often save thousands.
Contracts that protect you
Clear terms on deposits, cancellations, weather, overtime, insurance and what happens if a performer cannot make it.
Any act, any size
A solo guitarist for a backyard dinner or a national headliner for a festival stage. Same process, same advocacy.
Events we book
Live music for every occasion
Talent
From soloists to headliners
Headline & celebrity talent
Want a household name at your event? We'll make the offer.
National touring artists book private parties, corporate events and festivals more often than most people realize. They answer to their agents, and agents take serious, well-structured offers seriously. We act as your talent buyer, submitting the offer and negotiating the fee, rider, production and travel.

How it works
Four steps to a booked date
Tell us about your event
Date, city, guest count, budget and the sound you want. Name a specific artist or describe a style. Either works.
We shortlist and check availability
We contact the musicians or the artist's agency, confirm they are available and interested, and bring you real options with real prices.
We negotiate for you
Fee, hours, breaks, overtime, travel, sound, rider and cancellation terms. We represent you, the buyer, not the performer.
Contract, advance and showtime
You sign one clear agreement. We advance the timeline, load-in and production with your venue so the day runs on schedule.

Frequently asked questions
Who do you represent, the musicians or me?
You. We are a buyer-side booking agency. We negotiate rates, terms and contracts on behalf of the person or organization hiring the entertainment.
Can you book a specific famous artist?
We can submit an offer to almost any artist's agency on your behalf. Acceptance depends on their schedule, the fee and the event. We will tell you honestly what is realistic for your budget before anything is submitted.
Why don't you list prices?
Because every musician and artist sets their own rate, and it changes with the date, hours, travel and production. Reach out with who you want and your event details. We'll get the artist's quote and negotiate it on your behalf before you commit to anything.
How much does it cost to use your service?
There is no charge to reach out, ask about an artist or talk through options. Once we have negotiated the deal, you see the full, itemized terms before you commit to anything.
How far in advance should I book?
For Saturday weddings and December holiday parties, 6 to 12 months is ideal. Headline artists can take 2 to 6 months to confirm. We can often still help on short notice.
What areas do you serve?
All of Northern California, including Greater Sacramento, Yuba-Sutter, the Bay Area, wine country, the Central Coast, the North State and Lake Tahoe.
Is a deposit required?
Most bookings require a deposit to hold the date, with the balance due before the event. Headline artists usually require larger deposits. All terms are spelled out in your contract.
Tell us who you want. We'll handle the negotiating.
Free quotes, honest advice on what's realistic, and an advocate on your side of the contract.
