Booking string quartets in Napa
Napa is one of the most requested wedding and corporate retreat destinations in the country, with winery estates, resort ballrooms and a walkable riverfront downtown. Many wine country properties have strict sound limits and end times. We book acts who know how to work within them.
Where Napa events happen
Vineyard estates, resort ballrooms, private estates and downtown riverfront venues.
Season & timing
Harvest season, roughly late August through October, is peak demand and peak pricing. Spring dates offer green vineyards and more availability.
Pick the size for the moment
A solo violinist or duo suits small ceremonies; a trio or quartet gives a fuller sound for larger ceremonies, cocktail hours and formal receptions.
Protect the instruments outdoors
Harvest season, roughly late August through October, is peak demand and peak pricing. Spring dates offer green vineyards and more availability. String players need shade, a stable surface and protection from direct sun and rain, so we confirm these with your Napa venue in advance.
Order custom songs early
Most ensembles play a deep library, and many will arrange a song you love for your processional. Custom arrangements usually need 6–8 weeks.
Options we book
Solo violin or cello
Intimate ceremonies and small spaces.
Duo or trio
A fuller sound at a moderate budget.

The full classic sound for ceremonies and formal events.

We ask these for you, and negotiate number of players, custom arrangements, outdoor amplification and the contract terms on your behalf.
