Performer listing terms

1. The listing
A featured listing gives your act a profile page on Hire Live Entertainment and placement in rotating featured spots on the site. We may change where and how often featured spots appear.
2. Price and billing
Listings are $19.99 per month, billed in advance each month through Stripe until you cancel. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice by email.
3. Review and approval
Every listing is reviewed before it goes live. If we don't approve your listing, we cancel your subscription and refund your first payment in full. We may decline any listing at our discretion.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel anytime through the billing link in your welcome email, or by contacting us. Your listing stays live through the end of the period you've paid for. We don't provide partial-month refunds.
5. Gig requests
When an event buyer's request fits your act, we may contact you with the details. Hire Live Entertainment represents event buyers and negotiates on their behalf. Any booking is subject to its own agreement. A listing does not guarantee gig requests, bookings or income.
6. Your content
You confirm that you are the performer or are authorized to represent them, that the information you provide is accurate, and that you have the rights to the photos, videos and text you submit. You give us permission to display that content on our website and in marketing for the site. We may edit listings for length or clarity, and we may remove listings that are inaccurate, inappropriate or in violation of these terms.
7. Removal
If we remove an active listing for a violation of these terms, we cancel your subscription and you are not charged again. Otherwise, refunds are at our discretion.
